What is the address of the resort?

Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort, 300 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118

What is the minimum age to rent an ocean walk 360 condo?

Minimum age to reserve a condo and check-in is 21 years of age. A photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required to check in.

Where do I check-in?

Check-in at the South Tower Check-in desk. When you arrive at the resort, go through the lobby and around the corner to the left. You will see the South Tower check-in desk. That is where you will check in and get your keys, wrist bands, and parking pass.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is after 4 P.M. EST.
Check-Out is 10 A.M. EST.

May I request an early check-in?

Check-in time is set for 4 PM to allow each unit enough time to be properly cleaned and prepared for your stay. Should you arrive early, you may pre-register. You will receive your parking pass and wrist bands. Feel free to use all amenities the resort has to offer while you wait for your condo to be ready.

What supplies are included in our condo?

Housekeeping leaves enough paper supplies to tide you over the first day, until you have enough time to get to the store.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, place settings for 8 people, toaster, utensils.

Is there daily maid service?

Linens and towels are included in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping leaves enough paper supplies for the first day until you have time to go to the store. Bring your own beach towels.

Are pets allowed in your condos?

Pets are not permitted on the property. We will accommodate guests who require a service animal. Per the ADA, a service animal is a dog that’s individually trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals are different from service animals and are not permitted on the property. It is a felony to lie about your dog being a service animal and appropriate actions will be taken.

Is smoking permitted in your condos?

NO SMOKING ALLOWED! Smoking in the condo or on the balcony is not permitted. You will be removed immediately from the property and fined $250.

What are check-out procedures?

Please leave your condo similar to the way you found it upon arrival.
  • No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear
  • Trash is placed in the hall trash chutes, dirty dishes are put in the dishwasher and dishwasher started
  • All keys are left at the check-in desk and unit is left locked
  • No linens are lost or damaged (including towels and pillows)
  • All property is in the same locations & condition as when you arrived
  • Refrigerator is cleaned out and wiped clean; stove is wiped clean

Is there Wi-Fi provided with the property?

Every condo is provided with password-protected WiFi. The lobby, eatery area, and basement computers all have internet as well.

What is your hurricane or bad storm policy?

No refunds will be given unless:
  • The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in a “Hurricane Warning area” and/or a “mandatory evacuation” order has been given for the “area of Daytona Beach”.
  • The day the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation, we will refund:
          -  Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered
          -  Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay.
          -  Any rents collected for a reservation that is to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning”


What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of amount paid minus deposit
Cancellations between 30 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of amount paid minus deposit
Cancellations 14 days or less: No refund.


What is the Payment Schedule?

Deposit is required at time of booking a property. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment is put towards your room rent. It is NOT a damage deposit. The FINAL BALANCE is due 30 days before your arrival date. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your reservation.


Are chairs provided for the beach?

Chairs are not provided for the beach. Volusia County Beach Rentals is located directly on the beach behind the Ocean Walk Resort. They have daily rentals available to all our guests.
  • Deluxe Set-Up: Includes umbrella, 2 lounge chairs & side table $40/day
  • Umbrella: $25/day
    Lounge Chair: $10/Hour
    Boogie Board: $5/Hour, $15/Day
  • Other rentals available: surf board, paddle board, beach cruisers, and fun cycles

Is Ocean Walk a timeshare?

Heck no! All of our units are privately owned by families/individuals who love Daytona Beach as much as we do. When they are away, they rent their homes out so others may enjoy the area, resort, and all that the resort/area has to offer. 



Parking at Ocean Walk

where do we park?

One parking pass will be issued at the South Tower front desk upon check-in. Park in the attached parking garage on any level. Elevators off the parking garage will take you to your condo floor level.

are there additional parking options if needed?

Your parking pass is valid for either one vehicle or four motorcycles per reservation. Parking a motorcycle and car in one spot is not permitted.

will there be enough parking during hgh occupancy times?

During times of high occupancy, there may not be enough spaces to accommodate every vehicle. If this happens, the front desk will issue a voucher for 12 hours free parking at the Volusia County Parking Garage, located across the street from the resort. This will allow enough time for your vehicle to be moved back to the Ocean Walk garage as spaces become available. Additional vehicles may park at the Volusia County Parking Garage for a nightly fee at the vehicle owner’s expense.

What is the clearance of the Ocean Walk Parking Garage?

The parking garages have a clearance of 7 feet at the entrance and 6 feet 10 inches up the ramps.

Does the parking garage accommodate trailers?

No. Trailer parking is not permitted in our parking garages – this includes bike pods, fold up trailers or any other trailer regardless of if it fits in a parking space or not.
Trailer loading and unloading is not permitted in the front circle drive of the Ocean Walk Resort. All trailers must be loaded and unloaded on the service street, located north of the North Tower and south of the Regency – the first right after our main entrance.
